**TITLE:**FLOATER
STATUS: REGULAR, FULL -TIME
LOCATION: KAW CITY, PONCA CITY, NEWKIRK, OK

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a high school diploma/GED and/or Vocational secretaries training or trade school.  Must have proficiency in word processing.  Requires demonstrated language and spelling skills and knowledge of efficient office procedures.  Valid Oklahoma Drivers and insurable. Must be able to commute to Kaw City, Newkirk, or Ponca City depending on the needs of Kaw Nation. Experience in multi-phone line system with good communication skills and postage machines is preferred. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able to bend, push, and pull. Must be able to work in various climates and temperatures depending on the needs of the Kaw Nation. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
2. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
3. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
4. Process all incoming/outgoing mail including mail records.
5. Record Maintenance request log.
6. Provide excellent customer service.
7. Scheduling appointments for various departments.
8. Assisting in working at the Kaw Nation Child Care Center when needed.
9. Assisting in janitorial work throughout Kaw Nation facilities.
10. Assisting in outdoor/maintenance work when required.
11. Assisting Kaw Nation departments in Kaw City, Ponca City, and Newkirk as needed on a day-to-day basis.
12. Complete any other duties as assigned by the immediate/controlling supervisor.
