Floater/Support Staff

Additional Requirements:

• At least 18 years old, literate

Responsibilities (NOT LIMITED TO)

• Maintain a Christ-like behavior, professionalism, and interaction with staff, children, and families
• Adhere to all child care rules, regulations, and requirements
• Have a love for working with children
• Supervise children at all times
• Assist in the classroom as needed
• Keep classroom clean, free of hazards, and safe
• Keep playground clean, free of hazards, and safe
• Communicating with families, staff, and administration
• Reporting suspected child abuse/neglect to administration and Child Protective Services
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping classroom and/or assigned area
• Attending all staff meeting, professional developments, in-service trainings, conferences, and any Little Connections event, unless otherwise, discussed and approved by administration
• Be accepting to take on other jobs and responsibilities to ensure that Little Connections is operating as normal as possible

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
