- To work as part of a team of elite support workers, with adults in accommodation based support services with mental ill health, learning disabilities and complex needs.
- To contribute to the establishing of quality standards with Area Manager and Head of Support Services.
- To lead on implementing quality standards.
- To act as role model for other staff, demonstrating best practice at all times.
- To lead on facilitating activities.
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
