What they need
We are looking to hire a full time floating center aid immediately. For a full time position you must be able to work four 10hr days per week. Must be at least 16 years of age, if under 18 please specify when applying. Seeking someone who has high energy, is dedicated, loves working with children, and has a strong work ethic. Can be physically demanding; requires getting up and down off the floor throughout the day and lifting small children. As stated above the pay starts at $16.10 an hour, once orientation and trainings are completed you are eligible for $240/month bonus as well. Start earning paid time off on your first day, all employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked!
