Location: Various MonArk Clinic Locations (Northwest Ohio) Status: Full-Time, Hourly Pay Range: Starting at $19.86/hour for MonArk Level 2 RBT (minimum preferred level) Reports to: Branch Manager

Position Summary

At MonArk ABA, our Regional Floating Registered Behavior Technicians provide critical, flexible ABA services across multiple clinic locations (Bryan, Defiance, Lima and Van Wert). This role supports clients with diverse needs and requires adaptability, reliability, and strong clinical skills. Under BCBA supervision, the Floating RBT delivers evidence-based interventions while traveling to various MonArk sites as assigned. When evaluating internal transfers, promotions, or role changes, we consider multiple factors, including the employee’s attendance history, job performance, and overall professionalism. This helps us ensure that we’re promoting reliability and excellence across our team.

Role Expectations and Travel Policy

• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile are required.
• Must be willing to serve as a “Float,” covering shifts at different MonArk clinics as needed. Assignments may be communicated the night before or the morning of the shift.
• Traveling time counts as work time and is factored into your daily hours. When assigned outside your home clinic location, your travel time will count from your Home clinic to your Assigned clinic.
• Expected to arrive and be ready to serve clients by 8:30 AM at the assigned clinic, except when travel time exceeds one hour, in which case adjusted arrival times will be communicated with the receiving clinic’s Branch Manager and/or scheduler.
• Normally assigned to one clinic location per day; occasional multiple-location travel may occur and will be compensated accordingly, with employee remaining clocked in during travel time.
• Floating RBTs receive higher pay rates compared to standard RBTs to compensate for the travel and flexibility required.

Competencies

• Clinical expertise in ABA, including autism interventions, social skills development, behavior reduction, and parent training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including timely and accurate documentation.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative problem-solving.
• Delivery of ethical, evidence-based interventions in line with MonArk’s standards and BACB guidelines.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Compliance with all BACB supervision and credential maintenance requirements.
• Clear criminal background check according to state and federal regulations.
• Accurate, timely entry of client data, session notes, and other required documentation into MonArk’s electronic systems.
• Attendance points must not exceed five (5) points within the last 90 days.

Job Duties

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients at multiple MonArk clinic locations as assigned.
• Assist BCBAs with client behavioral and skill assessments as required.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement, monitor, and update behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients with daily living skills during therapy sessions.
• Deliver evidence-based social skills and behavioral interventions to clients and families.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers to support client progress.
• Complete therapy sessions as scheduled and submit accurate notes with appropriate billing codes in a timely manner.
• Identify client progress and collaborate with BCBAs on treatment planning through feedback and data.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay at $19.86/hour for MonArk Level 2 RBTs (minimum qualification).
• Eligible for pay increases through Level Up advancements.
• Paid travel time from home when assigned outside home clinic location, as well as paid mileage between clinics.
• Full-time hourly position with overtime eligibility per applicable laws.
