FLOOD ADJUSTER

Bureau of Claim Scene Investigations (BCSI) has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance

claims adjusting and construction industry. We protect the investment of our clients by

relationship that’s established on trust. BCSI only hires and retains adjusters, claims

investigators, appraisers, inspectors, etc., that are qualified and experts in their field. Our

clients have peace of mind knowing that our claim investigators have been properly vetted and

completed the credentialing process set forth by BCSI.

BCSI is building its Flood Division and is now in need of Flood Adjusters to provide services to

our clients. State license required for private flood. NFIP authorization is required for NFIP

work. This is a 1099 contract position that could take place anywhere in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS

• State Licenses and/or NFIP certification.
• Experience preparing estimates with Xactimate, Symbility or Simsol.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform the job.
• A valid driver's license.
• Obtain state licensing where required.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and manage time.
• Have strong knowledge of insurance policies.
• Ability to use equipment such as measuring devices, digital cameras, ladders, etc.
• Candidate must have an active estimating system (required by client), and have the

ability to send electronic reports through the Internet.

• To handle any type of claims for BCSI, you will be required to take a drug test and go

through our criminal background check process.

• Bilingual a plus but not required.
