About the Role

We are looking for customer-oriented Floor Advisors to assist customers visiting the dealership, understand their requirements, provide product or service-related information, and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales or service representative.
• Provide accurate information about available vehicles, dealership services, offers and processes, as applicable.
• Coordinate with sales, service and other departments to address customer queries.
• Maintain customer enquiry records and support follow-up activities.
• Ensure customers receive timely assistance and a professional experience.
• Help manage customer flow and showroom floor activities.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the customer area remains organised.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in an automobile dealership, showroom, retail or customer service role preferred.
• Presentable, polite and service-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
