If you have experience with floor care processes—or are motivated to learn—we offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and yearround stability.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional floor care services including strip and wax, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing, carpet extraction, and deep floor cleaning • Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as autoscrubbers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, and wet/dry vacuums • Complete scheduled floor care projects at commercial buildings including offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, and other business locations • Assist with regular commercial janitorial cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and supply restocking • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling protocols • Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to your supervisor • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customerservice mindset while on site

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations, a company vehicle will be available for this position if needed. • Experience with floor care processes (strip/wax, carpet cleaning, buffing) preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Dependable with a positive work ethic • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, walking, pushing/pulling equipment, and reaching • Comfortable working in environments where chemical products and machinery are used
