About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Floor Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of hospital floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with patients, attendants, nurses, housekeeping, and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and requirements on the assigned hospital floor.
• Assist patients and attendants with basic queries and guide them to the appropriate department/person.
• Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, security, and other hospital teams.
• Monitor cleanliness and overall maintenance of the assigned floor.
• Ensure patient and attendant concerns are communicated to the concerned department.
• Maintain basic floor-related records and reports.
• Help ensure smooth patient movement and coordination within the hospital.
• Escalate any operational or patient-related issues to the concerned senior/team member.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in a hospital/healthcare environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Must be polite, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle day-to-day situations calmly.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
