Position: Floor Coordinator

Work Location: Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 1+ years in handling and managing clinic operations

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate day-to-day floor/clinic operations.

* Coordinate with doctors, staff, patients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

* Allocate and monitor staff duties and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Supervise employees and ensure proper discipline and work efficiency.

* Handle patient flow, appointments, and day-to-day operational requirements.

* Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

* Maintain proper coordination and communication among team members.

* Ensure the clinic floor is well-organized and operations run smoothly.

* Prepare and maintain basic operational records and reports as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong coordination and team-management abilities.

* Well-disciplined, responsible, and organised.

* Ability to effectively supervise staff and get work done efficiently.

* Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

* Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
