Job Description

New Hope IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a Floor Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day patient coordination and floor operations. The candidate will coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments to provide a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient flow and appointments.
• Assist patients and attendants with their queries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, and other departments.
• Ensure smooth movement of patients across different departments.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain proper patient records and documentation.
• Monitor daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive patient experience.
• Ensure discipline and proper coordination among staff.

Requirements

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, IVF center, or healthcare setup preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Patient-friendly and professional approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in IVF, fertility, hospital operations, or patient coordination will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
