FLOOR CO-ORDINATOR

The hired person will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, they will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, managing operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise front desk activities, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
• Oversee day-to-day floor activities and ensure smooth functioning of clinic operations.
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and appointment details.
• Coordinate with front desk executives to ensure timely patient service and effective communication.
• Coordinate with doctors regarding consultation schedules, patient availability, and changes in appointments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the team members for better results

QUALIFICATION

• 2-3 years of experience as a People relations executive, front desk executive, receptionist, floor manager or customer service representative in a hospital
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures (preferred)
• Experience in a hospital, fertility clinic, IVF center, or healthcare environment is required.
• Fluent in English and Kannada.

Salary range: 35k to 45k per month

working days: 6 days a week

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
