Floor Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Floor Coordinator to manage daily clinic operations, coordinate patient flow, supervise front desk activities, and ensure excellent patient service.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff regarding consultation schedules and appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.
• Resolve patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2- 3 years of experience in hospital administration, front office, patient relations, floor coordination, or customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, fertility clinic, or healthcare setting is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate teams, and handle patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
