Join Moozy's Opening Team!

Moozy is a brand-new family-focused kids cafe opening in September in Taman Segar, Cheras. We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our founding opening team and help build an exciting café experience for children and families from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Welcome customers and provide good customer service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining, play and service areas
• Ensure tables, equipment and common areas are kept clean, organised and presentable
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and families
• Assist in monitoring the general safety of children within the cafe and alert the team to any potential hazards or concerns
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support other cafe operations and work closely with the kitchen and beverage team
• Assist the team during busy periods and with other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous cafe, restaurant, F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Patient and comfortable interacting with children and families
• Able to work well as part of a small team
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working in a busy, family-friendly café environment

WORKING HOURS

Monday: Off day

Tuesday – Thursday: 10:00am – 9:30pm
Friday – Sunday: 9:00am – 9:30pm

• 1-hour break included

• Cafe operating hours:

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00am – 9:00pm
  • Friday – Sunday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
