Floor Maintenance Team Lead

Job Sites throughout: Greater Bay Area - South Bay - San Francisco.

Our Janitorial Division supports our 47-year established Commercial Facility Services Group. We are looking for an experienced Floor Maintenance Team Lead- an individual who can oversee a cleaning crew with an ability to train others to uphold high quality cleaning and safety standards required by our company and clients.

Location: Concord, CA Rate: $24-28 per hour

Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week

*Depending on job site location and client- job duties and work shifts vary.

Position includes Monday through Friday and potential for some weekend availability.

Utility assignments include:

• Construction Clean-up
• Window Interior & Exterior Cleaning
• Carpet Shampooing
• Strip, Seal and VCT Floor Care

Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience in commercial janitorial services.
• U.S. work authorized applicants only.
• Valid CA driver’s license (no greater than 2 points on license).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
