Job Description

Radhakrishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to manage showroom operations and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom floor operations.
• Supervise, guide and motivate the sales team.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
• Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom discipline.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales and stock.
• Ensure staff grooming and professional standards.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in jewellery retail/showroom management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage.
