Floor Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Floor Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Duties

• Plan and organise daily front-of-house operations for efficient restaurant service.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, allocating duties and sections according to bookings.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, table allocations and group bookings.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure food safety, health and safety, licensing and statutory requirements are followed.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and monitoring front-of-house supplies.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Background in restaurant service, including serving guests efficiently and professionally
