Floor Manager

• Manage and monitor daily workshop floor activities.
• Plan and control the smooth flow of vehicles from vehicle receiving to delivery.
• Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill, workload and job requirements.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Team, Washing Team and other departments.
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and bay utilization.
• Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality and adherence to manufacturer SOPs.
• Monitor pending jobs, delayed vehicles and repeat repairs.
• Conduct regular workshop floor inspections.
• Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding additional jobs and technical concerns.
• Support technicians in resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure Quality Control / Final Inspection is completed before vehicle delivery.
• Monitor vehicle movement and prevent unnecessary delays in the workshop.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S standards on the workshop floor.
• Ensure technicians follow uniform, safety and discipline requirements.
• Monitor warranty and campaign-related repair processes.
• Support achievement of workshop productivity, efficiency and revenue targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly workshop performance reports for management.
• Identify manpower and operational requirements and report them to the Service Manager.
• Handle urgent customer/service-related issues and coordinate with the Service Manager for resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
