Blind Owl Restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to lead our “on stage” team and deliver an exceptional, high-energy dining experience. Position Overview

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and leading the team to deliver a memorable guest experience. Position requires closing shifts, weekends and Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all “on stage” team members during service
• Ensure all steps of service are followed (including proper service standards such as serving from the right, clearing from the left, and ID verification)
• Maintain a strong floor presence and actively engage with guests
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Expedite and communicate with kitchen
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and accountability coordinate with “back stage” team to ensure seamless service
• Monitor labor, service flow, and overall shift performance Uphold company policies, procedures, and culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
