Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Management Executive to manage the overall patient journey and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors and the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic floor and ensure smooth patient movement and coordination.
• Act as the primary liaison between doctors and patients.
• Coordinate consultations, treatment appointments and follow-ups.
• Handle appointment booking, confirmation and rescheduling.
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments and appointments.
• Monitor patient waiting time and resolve routine operational issues.
• Collect genuine Google Reviews and patient feedback.
• Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, front desk and other departments.
• Maintain accurate patient follow-up and appointment records.
• Escalate patient complaints and clinical matters to the appropriate authority.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Patient-friendly and professional approach.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in hospital/clinic operations, healthcare, hospitality, patient coordination or customer service will be preferred.
