Floor Manager

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Floor Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves leading teams, solving problems, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead event staff during setup, service, and breakdown
• Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and support teams
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve issues
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the venue
• Manage event logistics, inventory needs, and operational execution
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time and keep events running seamlessly
• Communicate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure successful events

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hospitality, events, or venue management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences
