About The Upside Down Berlin

The Upside Down Berlin is an interactive experience where art, entertainment and hospitality come together. With more than twenty themed rooms, colorful installations, a ball pit and karaoke rooms, we create unique experiences and memorable moments for our guests.

Your Role

As Floor Manager, you are the operational leader on the floor and the right hand of the General Manager. Your main responsibility is to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You are highly visible on the floor, actively engage with guests and create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. At the same time, you lead and coach the Experience and F&B team, ensuring that hospitality and guest engagement are at the heart of everything we do.

What Will You Do?

· Create an outstanding, welcoming and on-brand guest experience from arrival to departure.

· Actively engage with guests, create positive energy and look for opportunities to go the extra mile.

· Lead, coach and motivate staff across the Experience and F&B.

· Set the standard for hospitality and make guest experience a shared responsibility across the team.

· Coordinate the daily floor operation, including opening and closing.

· Ensure the Experience, F&B and Events work together to create one seamless guest experience.

· Support events and group visits and ensure a high level of personal attention.

· Monitor guest feedback and reviews and turn insights into improvements.

· Identify operational challenges and take ownership of solving them.

· Identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and F&B performance.

· Work closely with the General Manager and share guest insights, feedback and opportunities.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a natural host and people leader who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.

· Experience in hospitality, leisure, events, entertainment or a similar customer-facing environment.

· Experience leading or supervising a team.

· A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

· Energetic, approachable and confident on the floor.

· Naturally proactive and comfortable engaging with guests.

· Strong communication and coaching skills.

· Commercially aware and solution-oriented.

· Able to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.

· Fluent in German and English.

· Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 3.000,00€ - 3.500,00€ per month

Work Location: In person
