Floor Manager

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the showroom sales team.
• Allocate duties and monitor the performance of sales staff on the floor.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements and preferences.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure proper display, arrangement, tagging, and presentation of products.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the stock/inventory team when required.
• Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
• Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and other departments for smooth showroom operations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
