Floor Manager

Oversee front-of-house operations, lead the service team, maintain excellent guest experiences, and ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front-of-house operations.
• Supervise, support, and motivate floor staff.
• Coordinate staff duties, sections, and shift coverage.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor table service, guest flow, and overall floor performance.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Train staff on service standards and restaurant procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation and service quality.
• Oversee POS, payments, and cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dining area.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Help manage reservations, special requests, and busy service periods.
• Report operational issues and shift performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or floor-management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of front-of-house operations.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using POS and reservation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
