What they need
Position: Floor Manager
Location: Kadugodi, Bangalore
Experience: 5 - 8 Years in Retail / Jewellery Showroom Management
Salary: ₹45,000/- to 50,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete floor operations and sales team to ensure smooth showroom functioning
Ensure excellent customer service and premium customer experience
Drive showroom sales and achieve business goals / targets
Handle high-value customers and resolve customer escalations
Manage inventory, stock display & visual merchandising as per brand standards
Train, motivate and groom the sales staff to improve performance
Requirement:5-8 Years of experience as Floor Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Good communication in Kannada, Hindi & English
Presentable and target-driven
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
