FLOOR MANAGER – FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum inc tronc

What knowledge you will have:

· Significant experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Manager within a luxury restaurant, five-star hotel or private members' club

· Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout

· Confident managing all aspects of restaurant floor operations, including service flow, reservations, staffing and guest experience

· Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality, with the ability to deliver discreet, personalised and attentive service

· Naturally engaging, with an excellent memory for names, faces and individual member preferences

· Strong commercial awareness, including labour management, stock control and operational efficiency

· Experience handling member feedback and resolving service issues professionally and confidently

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, reception and reservations teams

• Excellent organisational skills, with the confidence to make decisions and remain calm during busy service

· Punctual, reliable, diplomatic and professional, with a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality

· An approachable, hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and creating memorable member experiences
