Floor Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the sales floor.
• Lead, guide, and motivate Business Development Executives and sales staff.
• Assign daily leads and customer enquiries to the sales team.
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure regular follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
• Support sales executives in handling customer queries and objections.
• Coordinate and monitor property site visits and customer meetings.
• Assist the team in negotiations and closing property deals.
• Conduct daily team meetings and provide sales updates to management.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Identify areas where team members need additional training or support.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive working environment on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, General Manager, and management regarding sales performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Ensure proper use and updating of CRM/lead management systems.
• Help develop strategies to improve lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Motivate the team through regular performance reviews and recognition.
• Resolve customer and team-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, competitors, and market trends.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and sales procedures.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
