Floor Manager

Lead the front-of-house team in delivering an elevated dining experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in upscale or fine dining, strong menu and beverage knowledge, and the ability to maintain exceptional service standards in a refined restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead front-of-house service to ensure a polished, seamless guest experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, wine selections, and beverage pairings with confidence.
• Oversee service execution, coordinating closely with the kitchen and support staff.
• Maintain elevated standards of hospitality, presentation, and steps of service.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure service excellence throughout the dining experience.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a floor management or senior service role within an upscale, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including pairing recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead service teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Polished communication, sound judgment, and a guest-first approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $28.91 - $34.51 per hour
