Floor Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fabric store, manage staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
• Assist customers in selecting fabrics and provide product information.
• Maintain fabric displays, stock organization, and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
• Coordinate sales activities and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and operational standards.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics and textiles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
