Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Front of House and Service
• Oversee the daily running of front of house in a busy local pub.
• Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation, and guest care.
• Lead the team on the floor during service, leading by example.
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
• Events and Function Planning
• Liaise with clients by email and in person to make sure every event runs smoothly.
• Team Leadership and Employee Relations
• Support General Manager with rostering across the front of house team.
• Train, support, and motivate the team to maintain a positive working environment.
• Handle day to day employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism.
• Work closely with the General Manager on staffing and service decisions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• A positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a busy, team-focused environment
• Full availability required, including daytime, evenings, and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €17.50-€19.00 per hour
