Role Description The FLOOR POLISHING MACHINE OPERATOR is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The role involves operating floor polishing machines and related equipment to prepare, polish, and finish concrete and other floor surfaces according to project specifications. Daily tasks include setting up and inspecting machines, adjusting settings, monitoring performance, and ensuring that work areas are clean, safe, and organized. The operator will perform basic maintenance on equipment, report faults, and follow all safety and quality procedures. Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and other team members is required to meet project timelines and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in floor polishing or operating similar equipment is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in marble, granite, stone finishing, or industrial cleaning are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
• A practical, hardworking, safety-conscious individual with good attention to detail.
