Position: Floor Production Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Dubai

Avadh Metal Group is one of the high-standard Steel Products Manufacturing Company in the Middle-East specializing in a wide range product like Cable Management and Support Systems - MEP, Block Works and Plastering Accessories, Insulation Solution Products - among others.

We are seeking a Floor Production Engineer (Mechanical) to play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient shop-floor operations, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving production targets. Your technical expertise will contribute to improving productivity and delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production and shop-floor operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure production machinery and processes operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production-related issues and support timely resolution.
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support improvements in production processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in steel manufacturing, metal manufacturing, or metal fabrication.

· Good knowledge of metal/steel production processes, machinery, and quality requirements.

· Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
