Job Card Coordination

• Check newly opened job cards and ensure all required details are entered correctly.
• Verify customer complaints and requested jobs before the vehicle moves to the workshop.
• Workshop Job Allocation
• Coordinate allocation of vehicles/jobs to technicians.
• Ensure jobs are distributed according to technician skill and workload.
• Job Progress Monitoring
• Track the progress of every vehicle in the workshop.
• Follow up with technicians regarding pending and delayed jobs.
• Ensure vehicles are completed within the committed time.
• Technician Coordination
• Coordinate between Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Clarify customer complaints or additional jobs with the concerned team.
• Escalate technical or operational delays to the Service Manager.
• Vehicle Movement Control
• Monitor vehicle movement from reception → bay → washing → final inspection → delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are not unnecessarily held in the workshop.
• Additional Job Coordination
• Inform the Service Advisor when additional repairs are identified.
• Ensure customer approval is obtained before proceeding with chargeable additional work.
• Quality & Final Inspection
• Coordinate final inspection after completion of repairs.
• Ensure all jobs mentioned in the job card are completed before delivery.
• Pending Job Monitoring
• Maintain a list of vehicles/jobs pending due to:
• Spare parts
• Customer approval
• Technical issues
• Technician availability
• Insurance approval
• Follow up regularly until closure.
• TAT Monitoring
• Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for each vehicle.
• Identify jobs exceeding the promised delivery time and escalate immediately.
• Workshop Coordination
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, Washing, Quality Control and Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
• Reports
• Prepare/maintain daily reports on:
• Vehicles received
• Jobs in progress
• Jobs completed
• Pending vehicles
• Delayed jobs
• Delivery status
• Customer Delivery Support
• Ensure the vehicle is ready before the customer's promised delivery time.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor for final delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
