**PROFILE SUMMARY-**Ensures workshop repair quality and first-time-right service by monitoring QG1(Quality Gate 1) & QG2(Quality Gate 2) inspections, validating diagnostics, guiding technicians, and achieving KPIs such as TEA(Technician Efficiency & Availability), CEA, CCF/1000-SQ, and service quality standards.

Skills & Competencies-

· Following Diagnostic and RCA process.

· Team handling skills.

· Knowledge on parts requirement in vehicle.

· Driving skills to verify/confirm/identify faults.

. Awareness on warranty policy terms & conditions.

Job Responsibilities-

1. Ensure adherence to Mahindra repair SOPs and quality standards across all service jobs.

2. Monitor and support achievement of key quality KPIs including First Time Right Repair, QG1 & QG2 pass percentage, CCF/1000-SQ, TEA, CEA, and Technician Efficiency.

3. Verify accuracy of diagnostic procedures and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) before and after repairs.

4. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections at QG1 and QG2 stages prior to vehicle delivery.

5. Perform road tests to verify repair effectiveness and confirm resolution of customer complaints.

6. Guide and support technicians with correct repair methods, parts requirement identification, and quality expectations.

7. Coordinate with Cotek, Service Advisors, Job Controllers, Spare Parts, and Warranty teams to prevent rework and repeat failures.

8. Ensure compliance with warranty policy terms and conditions to avoid claim rejections and quality issues.

9. Analyze repeat complaints and quality deviations; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

10. Maintain and review quality-related MIS reports, highlighting trends and improvement areas.

11. Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to promote a quality-first culture in service operations.

12. 100% pre road test and post road test conducted by FQC.

13. Maintain 100% QC adherence.

14. Ensuring 100% job completion.

15. Maintain 100% Mtraq usage and 100% Vihaan process and maintain SQ digital QC adherence parameters.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
