Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, providing attentive and friendly service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving dishes, and refilling drinks efficiently
• Support food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Help with basic food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations to uphold high hygiene standards
• Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively during shifts to prioritize guest needs and support team operations

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and teamwork
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Time management skills to balance guest needs with operational duties effectively

Pay: £10.85-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 37.0 per week
