We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Waitress to join our dynamic team at NIBS in Bali. As a Floor Staff, you will be the face of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Explain the self-serve concept and help customers when needed.
3. Prepare and maintain frozen yoghurt machines, toppings, and serving areas.
4. Keep the store, dining area, and equipment clean and well-organised.
5. Handle basic cashier and payment duties.
6. Follow food safety, hygiene, and store SOPs.
7. Support daily opening and closing procedures.
8. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages such as Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage
2. Previous experience as a Waitress, Floor Staff or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
