Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team at our vibrant venue. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Support event management by coordinating guest flow, managing crowd control, and facilitating smooth event operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately using cash register and credit card machine to process payments efficiently
• Enforce safety protocols, including manual handling procedures and emergencies safely.
• Manage conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Assist with outdoor work activities, including setting up equipment or managing outdoor guest areas as required
• Support hospitality services by serving beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of guest service

Experience

• Previous experience in events management or working at an event venue is highly desirable
• Proven ability to handle conflict management effectively in fast-paced environment
• Background in retail sales or food service provides valuable customer service skills
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and operating cash registers and credit card transactions confidently

Pay: $18.42 - $18.43 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
