Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving dishes efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Support food preparation tasks following safety standards and restaurant procedures
• Manage guest inquiries promptly, offering solutions and upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience
• Monitor food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
• Experience in serving or guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
• Kitchen or culinary experience that supports food preparation tasks
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests

Pay: £12.71-£16.35 per hour
