About the gig:

We’re on the hunt for energetic and reliable wait/floor staff to join our crew at our busy Fremantle sailing club! If you love a fast-paced environment and hate doing the exact same thing every day, this could be the perfect setup for you—plus, you get to work with epic waterfront views.​You’ll be working a great blend across our main bar floor and our dedicated functions space, so there's plenty of variety to keep you on your toes.​

What you’ll be doing:

​Bar Floor:

Keeping the good times rolling, running food/drinks, clearing tables, and making sure the floor looks sharp for our guests and members.

​Functions:

Helping run the show for our special events.​

Setup & Reset:

Getting your hands dirty with setting up the function rooms before the party starts, and resetting everything once it's wrapped up.​

What we’re looking for:

​A hustler with a smile: Someone who thrives in a busy venue, can carry plates or a drinks tray with confidence, and loves chatting with customers.​

Adaptability:

You're just as comfortable pouring beers in a relaxed bar setting as you are jumping in to deliver seamless service for a formal function.​

Reliability:

You show up on time, ready to pitch in and support your teammates. (A bit of hospitality experience is highly regarded!)​
