Job Title: Floor Staff – Encore Bars Hospitality Group
Location: Boston Bar New Town (Hanover Street)

The Role

We’re looking for friendly, energetic Floor Staff to join our growing Edinburgh bar group. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the venue – keeping guests happy, tables clean, and service flowing. The exact duties depend on which venue you join: some of our bars focus on fast‑paced food running and table service; others specialise in late‑night bottle service and high‑energy floor management.

Our Venues

We currently operate four vibrant bars across Edinburgh: Boston New Town, Boston Old Town, Westside Rodeo, and Freddys – each with its own character, but all united by high standards and a party atmosphere. And we’re not stopping there – more venues are opening soon, so there’s huge room to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food at tables.
• Clear and reset tables quickly during busy service.
• Run food from the pass to guests efficiently and with care.
• Work closely with bar staff and managers to keep service smooth.
• Follow Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service.
• Keep the floor clean, safe, and inviting at all times.

• No experience necessary – we’ll train you (but any customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus).
