Floor Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team for the Christmas period at Bar Hutte. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from assisting with drinks and food running to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilise our Resdiary booking system to manage the flow of pre-booked and walk-in guests to our Alpine Karaoke Experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Support the senior team with large Christmas bookings.
• Provide excellent table service to multiple groups at one time.

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality as floor staff is required.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and various roles within the establishment.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality service

Please note that this position is a temporary position and will run until 31st December 2026.

Ability to work evenings and weekends in essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
