Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering dishes promptly
• Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen duties and ingredient organization
• Manage guest inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
• Use basic math skills to handle transactions accurately and manage cash or electronic payments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive atmosphere on the floor

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£16.34 per hour
