Floor Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include waiting on tables, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Expected hours will be around 20-30 per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during service periods.
• Provide support in catering events as required, ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist bartending staff when necessary, including preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills
