Floor Supervisor

What you will do:

• Organize the work of sales floor staff (replenishment, visual merchandising, price tag placement)
• Manage the cashier area and ensure smooth checkout operations
• Monitor the presentation of special offers and ensure correct product displays
• Coordinate timely price markdowns and re-pricing activities
• Oversee the availability of testers (for fragrances/cosmetics) on the sales floor

What we expect:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / retail operations
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team of at least 10 people
• Strong understanding of product supply and replenishment processes for a sales floor of 500+ sq. meters (our store carries over 150,000 SKUs)
• Fluent Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
