Floor Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to lead our Front of House team at The Angel, Narberth. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and motivate your team.

Duties

• Maintain a high-profile presence on the floor to act as a host and welcome guests warmly.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy, urgency, and professionalism to protect the venue's reputation.
• Anticipate guest needs to deliver personalized services that encourage repeat visits.

Operations & Administration

• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels for supplies, linen, or food and beverage items.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including till reconciliations and closing out registers securely.

Pay: £12.90-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
