Floor Supervisor 樓層督導

Supervise to ensure the hotel standard of cleanliness and set-up are achieved

Assist in training of proper use of equipment and control room supplies

Interact with guests and ensure a smooth flow of communication with other departments

Arrange duties roster and distribution of workload

Check and control stock levels of housekeeping materials

Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company

Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of housekeeping service

Perform any duties as assigned when necessary

With vocational training preferable;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping operations

Working knowledge of cleansing chemicals

Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
