Floor Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of floor activities within a hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor staff to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage kitchen and food preparation activities
• Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
• Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes
• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate floor activities effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.90 per hour
