Floor Supervisor

Operational Excellence: Inspect rooms and suites daily, ensuring compliance with Fairmont and LQA standards. Guarantee the provision of amenities, linens, and equipment according to brand procedures. Monitor and report maintenance and technical repair needs. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Supervision and leadership: Supervise, train, and support the team (housekeepers/room attendants, team members). Assign rooms, monitor work, and motivate the team to achieve excellence. Participate in the integration of new colleagues by sharing the Fairmont Turning Moments Into Special Memories culture.

Customer experience: Anticipate and respond to guest needs with care and discretion. Ensure proactive communication with Reception and Guest Relations. Contribute to satisfaction surveys and quality action plans.

Administrative Management: Participate in inventories of linens, guest amenities, and equipment. Maintain daily reports (room conditions, lost and found items, anomalies). Support the Executive Housekeeper in achieving quality and financial objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in luxury hotels. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, rigor, and organization. Positive leadership skills, ability to unite a multicultural team. A service-oriented mindset, elegant interpersonal skills, and discretion. Excellent communication skills in French and English (Arabic is an asset). Knowledge of Accor/Fairmont standards is a plus.
