What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage home store floor - crockery, cookware, appliances, linen, decor
- Supervise Department Supervisors - coaching on consultative selling
- Ensure premium display standards - clean, well-lit, thematic arrangements
- Drive high-value sales through product demonstration and cross-selling
- Manage gift wrapping and packaging for premium customers
- Coordinate with the category manager on new collections and dead stock clearance
- Handle VIP customer relationships and special orders
- Monitor breakage and damage - enforce careful handling protocols
- Manage staff scheduling and training on product knowledge
- Report daily and weekly sales to the store manager
- Coordinate with the central accounts team for payments to suppliers with debit notes, if any
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
