Floor Supervisor

Segno Bali is looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a vibrant bar environment and have strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and support the service team during shifts
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming
• Assist with scheduling and team coordination
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Supervisor in bar/lounge/restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
